Arrange your Consultation and we will discuss your requirements. If you don’t know what garden style or exactly what you want, try to find pictures with elements that you like (not compulsory). Think about what features you would like to have in your garden, such as a pergola, patio, sitting area or a sun bathing area ect. Also consider how you will use your garden. Share your ideas with me and we deliberate together. After our first meeting I will prepare a concept plan for you.
Second step
to your garden dream will require Survey and site Analyse. This process can take 3 hours or more, depending on the site.
At The end of the Survey I will draw a Concept Plan with my recommendations for the best design for the garden. If there are problem areas, I will suggest the best solution.
Before proceeding to the Garden Master Plan I will prepare a Mood Board to help visualise our ideas.
Next
Throughout the process we will have up to three contact opportunities to revise the design.
I will suggest the best matching materials, the best suppliers. If bespoke structures are needed I can provide specification drawing.
At The end of the process I provide:
Presentation Plan.
Visualisation Drawing which would be- Elevation, Axonometric Drawing or 3D Model.
Layout Plan for Contractor.
After Garden Design the Next step
a Planting Plan, following your wishes and my recommendation. The best way is ecological planting, where I recommend plants according to soil type, site position and with all year around interest. With planting plan I prepare a list of plants with their Latin names and Quantity required.
If requested I will provide a Maintenance Schedule.
Who will do the hard landscaping or building work?
If you know Contractors who you trust, fine! I will provide Specification.
